Facebook Integration
Merchants may optionally connect their Facebook Business Page to the Platform to publish promotional posts and view engagement metrics for their marketing campaigns. When you use this feature, the following applies:
Data We Receive
When you connect your Facebook Business Page, we receive the following information from Facebook:
- A list of the Facebook Pages you manage, including each Page’s name and identifier
- Authorization tokens that allow us to publish posts and read engagement metrics on your behalf
- Your Facebook user identifier, used to associate your connected Page with your account and to process data deletion requests
- Engagement metrics for posts published through the Platform, including likes, comments, shares, and reach
How We Use This Data
We use this information to publish promotional content (such as marketing campaigns) to the Facebook Page you select, and to retrieve engagement metrics on those posts so we can display campaign performance within your dashboard. We do not publish content to your Page without your action, and we do not read or collect content you have not published through the Platform.
How We Share This Data
We do not sell or share Facebook data with any third parties. Post content and engagement metrics are exchanged solely between the Platform and Facebook to provide the integration. Aggregated and de-identified performance data may be used to improve our services.
Data Storage and Security
Authorization tokens received from Facebook are encrypted when stored. All requests made to Facebook’s servers include cryptographic proof of authenticity to prevent unauthorized use. Access to Facebook data is restricted to the services necessary to publish posts and retrieve engagement metrics.
Data Retention
We retain your Facebook data only for as long as your Facebook Page remains connected to the Platform. Engagement metrics are cached for a limited time to display in your dashboard and are refreshed periodically. When you disconnect your Facebook Page, we delete the stored authorization tokens, published post records, and associated engagement data from our systems.
Data Deletion
You may disconnect your Facebook Page at any time through the Platform’s social media settings, which will delete your Facebook data from our systems. You may also request deletion of your Facebook data by contacting us at info@pizzanow.app. In addition, if Facebook sends us a data deletion or deauthorization request on your behalf, we will delete your Facebook data and provide confirmation to Facebook.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and you use the Platform at your own risk.
Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete personal data
- Opt out of certain data processing (such as targeted advertising)
